Software Training (Asta Team)
Eleco provides software solutions for the built environment and asset management sectors, helping organisations manage projects, assets, and operations more efficiently.
We are looking for a Software Trainer to join our Support team, delivering high-quality training on our Asta Powerproject software and associated products. In this role, you will work closely with customers to ensure they can effectively use our solutions, delivering engaging training sessions and creating learning content tailored to different user needs. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical understanding with people-focused delivery in a customer-facing environment.
- Deliver online, classroom, and onsite training sessions to customers
- Tailor training delivery to suit different experience levels and use cases
- Develop and maintain training materials and course content
- Support customers with software setup, functionality, and best practices
- Coordinate training sessions and manage related administration
- Create digital learning content and contribute to LMS development
- Capture client feedback and maintain accurate training records in CRM
- Experience delivering training or working in a customer-facing role
- Ability to quickly learn software and explain it clearly and effectively
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident, professional, and organised approach
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple sessions
- Experience with project planning or construction-related software
- Previous experience creating training content or e-learning materials
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
This is a remote role, with regular travel required across the UK and occasionally internationally in line with business needs. The Asta team is primarily based in Haddenham, and you will be expected to attend team gatherings, training events, and key activities in this location throughout the year.
